| The installed unit has a clean flush mounted appearance to the exterior of the RV. At the same time it provides a sealed barrier for air, water, dust, insects or vermin from moving between the interior and the exterior of the RV, no matter if the spool is out or in the closed position. |  |
 | The hose handler housing passes through the exterior wall of the RV to the interior space where it is connected to the RV water system. Its compact size allows it to be installed into an unseen interior RV location like a closet, behind a counter or into a closed seat bench. |
| Reel RV's products have been designed and manufactured with strong exterior grade plastics. They are specifically formulated to withstand tough RV related environments such as: - damaging UVU sunlight, - ambient temperature swings, - varying exterior weather conditions as well as harmful road grime and residues.
Great care has gone into making our products very user friendly. Draining and storing loose hoses can be very frustrating when used in conjunction with RV's, and our Hose Handler provides a convenient solution by allowing for variable hose lengths to be used without exposing the entire hose length to the elements. It also eliminates loose hoses in dedicated RV storage compartments, which are untidy and use up valuable storage space. |
 | Our patent pending design eliminates leakage problems due to stressed hose connections on conventional RV hose hookups.
All water hose handlers are installed with a back flow valve. This enables the hose to stay permanently fixed into the RV even when pressurized supplied water is not available and the RV water tank and pressure system is being utilized. When winterizing or storing for extended periods, we recommend disconnecting the hose connection from the backflow valve to enable the hose to be completely drained of all water. |
This Hose Handler was designed to be manually wrapped and not spin because:
- Costs would be double per unit.
- Water swivels required to make reels spin are higher maintenance due to leakage and increased warranty issues for the RV manufacturer.
- Majority of RV Park hookups are within 10 feet of the RV which makes manual unwinding and winding quick. Only three or four wraps of the hose are required while enabling longer reaches if necessary. This reduces cost and maintenance issues associated with a spinning reel. |  |
