This 30 AMP Electrical Cord storage solution eliminates the need for the manufacturer to build a dedicated sealed storage box speeding up manufacturing and saving on valuable interior space. The installed unit has a clean flush mounted appearance to the exterior of the RV. At the same time it provides a sealed barrier for air, water, dust, insects or vermin from moving between the interior and the exterior of the RV, no matter if the spool is out or in the closed position.

The cord handler housing passes through the exterior wall of the RV to the interior space where it is connected to the RV electrical system. Its compact size allows it to be installed into small unseen interior RV locations.

Reel RV's products have been designed and manufactured with strong exterior grade plastics. They are specifically formulated to withstand tough RV related environments such as: - damaging UVU sunlight, - ambient temperature swings, - varying exterior weather conditions as well as harmful road grime and residues

This Cord Handler was designed to be manually wrapped and not spin because: - Costs would be double per unit. - Electrical swivels required to make reels spin are higher maintenance, thus increasing possible warranty issues for the RV manufacturer. - Majority of RV Park hookups are within 10 feet of the RV which makes manual unwinding and winding quick. Only three or four wraps of the cord are required while enabling longer reaches if necessary. This reduces cost and maintenance issues associated with a spinning reel.

Note: this template is designed to aid in multiple installations like a sealer service department. If care is taken, an accurate 11 1/2" mounting hole can be easily cut into an RV wall for single installation applications with common cutting tools
